High-altitude tandem flight at Schlick 2000 – flying past the Kalkkögel
On the high-altitude flight at Schlick 2000 you take off at around 2,140 m right below the rock faces of the Kalkkögel and glide down to Fulpmes for 12 to 20 minutes. From €135 per person – and one of our favourite routes in winter.
What to expect
The Kalkkögel are often called the “Dolomites of North Tyrol”, and from a paraglider you see why straight away. After take-off you fly along pale limestone walls, with the ski slopes or alpine meadows below you depending on the season.
Fulpmes is about 25 minutes from Innsbruck. Without a car, buses 590–594 take you right to the valley station.
