How your tandem flight works

From booking to flight certificate in seven steps. No experience needed – you learn everything you need on site.

Book your date
Choose your flight and book a slot in the online calendar – you get a confirmation by email straight away. Innsbruck and adventure flights are booked on request.

Travel
From Innsbruck it’s 20 to 30 minutes into the Stubai Valley – by car or buses 590–594. Allow a little extra time.

Meet us
We meet 10 minutes before your slot at the Elferlifte info stand in Neustift or at HP-SPORTS ski rental at Schlick 2000.

Lift & briefing
You ride up together by cable car. At the top your pilot explains the take-off, fits your harness and helmet and answers all your questions.

Take-off
The wing is pulled up, you run a few steps together – and the air carries you. Then you sit comfortably in the harness.

Flight
8 to 40 minutes above the Stubai Valley, depending on your flight. If you like, you can steer for a moment – or just take in the view.

Landing & certificate
You land gently on a large meadow in the valley. You receive your flight certificate and, if you wish, photos and video on your phone.

Good to know

Payment: After the flight, on site, cash or card.
Lift ticket: Not included in the flight price; bought at the valley station.
Weather: If a flight isn’t possible, we reschedule free of charge.
Minors: Need a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
Companions: Can watch the take-off or landing.
