When do I receive the voucher?
As soon as your bank transfer has arrived, the voucher is emailed to you automatically as a PDF – usually within 1–2 working days. Need it sooner? Message us on WhatsApp.
Can I add a name and a message?
Yes. The order form has two optional fields for this. Both appear directly on the PDF voucher.
Can I order several vouchers?
Yes. Choose the quantity in the form – each voucher gets its own code and its own PDF. For different flights, simply send the form again.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or email and give the voucher code. Together we agree a date that suits the weather and your plans.
Is the lift ticket included?
No. The ticket for the ride up is bought at the valley station on the day. Photos and video are optional for €30 on site.
Can I switch to a different flight?
Yes, just ask. If you switch to a higher-priced flight, you pay the difference on site.
