Trial tandem flight at the Elfer – your first paraglide near Innsbruck
The trial flight is a smooth glide from the Elfer above Neustift down into the valley – 8 to 12 minutes, from €120 per person. Just right if you simply want to try paragliding once.
What to expect
This flight isn't about altitude records, it's about the feeling: a few steps, lift-off, floating. Your pilot explains what the wing is doing along the way, and if you like, you can take the controls for a moment.
It fits nicely into a free afternoon. Afterwards you'll know whether flying has got you hooked – often the high-altitude or thermal flight follows on the next visit.
- Take-off at the Elfer
The gondola takes you up to the launch site at around 1,800 m.
- Gentle glide
A steady flight without a manoeuvre programme – ideal for beginners.
- Easy to plan
Around 45 minutes in total, also bookable at short notice.
